The purpose of this position is to support clients with their life to include health and personal cares, as it relates to gaining and sustaining meaningful employment. Provides guidance, coaching and mentors hip to Employment Specialist staff on their assigned shift, solves issues and needs of both the clientele and staff. Education and/or years' experience required:
H.S. diploma, B.S. in Human Service or related field and/ or 2 + years direct care experience.
Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to foster good business relationships. Good decision making skills based on data and other information given. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Offers are contingent in passing a background and drug & alcohol test upon acceptance. ACC is a drug-free, tobacco-free work environment.
